Hanging with Erika from Mikuti

Posted by Mary Bosibori on

You may have heard us talking about our friend Erika Freund of Mikuti, on Facebook or Twitter.

Mikuti is a brand of jewellery sourced from organic, natural, recycled local materials, made in collaboration with artisans in Tanzania. Erika decided to visit Kenya to see what our environment has to offer.

Having Erika in Nairobi has been fantastic and has facilitated a great exchange of ideas. Coupled with our recent visit to Johannesburg for Design Network Africa, we are very excited about these opportunities – meeting and sharing with fellow designers who are showing the design world just how much Africa has to offer.
