Last Tuesday, London’s Drift Bar was decked in beads, brass and African fabrics! For the first time in the UK, we showcased our bold, contemporary, Africa-inspired bags, belts and jewellery. Over delicious cocktails, guests browsed several of our collections, tried on our pieces and bought gifts (and treats!).

This is what some of our guests had to say:

“Wonderful event!”
Jacqueline Stein
Founding Director, Feminists in Fashion

“Bags and jewellery look even better in real life!”
Sharmay Mitchell
Designer, YouLike IMake

“Hugely inspiring use of recycled & upcycled materials”
Victoria, Green believer & Africa aficionado

“Really AWESOME evening admiring gorgeous handiwork”
Amina Doherty, Coordinator, FRIDA – The Young Feminists Fund

With such a great response, we will surely be looking to hold another event soon – hopefully before Christmas. Sign up to our mailing list to make sure you don’t miss it.

A huge thanks goes out to all who attended; to photographer Bela Struzkova (Struzka) and; to our hosts, Asilia and The Drift Bar. Check out more photos on our Facebook page (we’ll be adding even more soon).

Wishing you all a beautiful weekend!
