We offer complimentary shipping for orders placed within Kenya.

Return Policy

While we are unable to process refunds for items already sold, we are pleased to facilitate exchanges for items of equal value or quantity, allowing you to explore an alternative that aligns with your preferences.

Customers are accountable for the expenses related to both inbound and outbound shipping. We are unable to accept responsibility for unreimbursed or uncompensated packages lost during transit without verifiable delivery confirmation to us. To safeguard your interests, we recommend considering supplemental insurance when dispatching items.

Returned products must be in pristine condition – unworn, undamaged, unused, accompanied by all original tags, and packaged in their original containers.

Please note that any site credit used for the initial order will not be reinstated. All qualifying returns will be processed in United States dollars (USD). The return shipping costs will be borne by you .

Final Sale Items:

Kindly be informed that all Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return. Exceptions are made exclusively for damaged items or instances of order discrepancies involving size, color, or style. If you wish to return a defective product, notification must be received within 7 days of delivery. Please note that failure to communicate within this 7-day period or neglecting to initiate the return shipment will render the return invalid.
