Meet our newest baby - KOBO Line

The sad gloomy Nairobi weather on Saturday morning didn’t kill our spirits (and our fans’). We’d love to thank everyone who visited our stand for the amazing feedback we got. The most popular pieces were the earrings, rings and bracelet.
About KOBO
KOBO is a Nigerian currency that seemed to have little or no value, but in real sense it was a major part of trade.
The logo is a fusion of the African Mask and Basquiat crown. Black is Adele Dejak’s brand colour while yellow is happiness – the sun.
KOBO, the collection, has similarities with the currency in that its cost is very much pocket friendly (everything goes for a cost of between $10 – $50), while maintaining the high quality of all Adele Dejak’s brand items. Each piece is unique in its own right – made from different materials such as the Ankole cow Horn from Uganda, Maasai beads from Kenya and recycled brass and aluminium sourced and refined in the outskirts of Nairobi.
Every product of Adele and KOBO incorporates a unique vision, style and attitude. We are not just another diffusion line; we are a culture, a movement.
Who is it for?
Kobo represents urban culture and is for edgy people everywhere who:
- want to stand out
- are proud of who they are
- are driven to inspire others
