The word Maliaka fitted well with this line as it has been such a challenging 2 years and the brand AD always seemed to have a guardian angel seeing us through these unprecedented times. This was especially the case with the designing and production of the collection. So, the name Malaika was born and we hope the pieces will be amulets as well as fashion accessories.
