A Smile For Peace And Love

A smile is the beginning of peace. And, peace is precious.

Mother Teresa once said, “Peace begins with a smile. Try and smile just five times a day at someone you really don’t want to smile at. Basically do it for peace. You will discover just how much it reflects to ones inner peace.

Personally, I believe in the power of a smile. I my day to day routine activities, I always try to make it a point of smiling – whether to someone or to myself. This has been very precious as my smiling gets my employees smiling. Just as they say, smiling is contagious.

Smiling always has a way of stabilizing my emotions. It makes me feel as though am in control of everything that is happening around me. It always serves as a reminder to always count my blessings one by one and remember that despite the challenges we face in our day to day life as well as in our past life, always remember to be happy and appreciate the little things in life.

Let’s try this together. Let’s imagine a world where everyone smiles and continuously smiles at one another. It would be such a wonderful feeling! This world will be a kind of heaven.
