Lamu is one of Adèle’s favourite places and the location of the flagship MagikGrace store. Today, Adèle shares some pictures and some of her best-loved places and things to do on the East African island:
Walking along the sea front, or sitting at Lamu House and Peponi Hotel overlooking the sea and watching the world go by.
Walking along Main Street while avoiding the ‘donkey traffic’ and visiting the best artisans in Kenya: Slim Silver who has a cute shop and Omar the carpenter who must be the best carpenter, not in Kenya but, that I have ever met.
Relaxing at Whispers café or having a beer at Petleys Inn on the first floor with an amazing view of Lamu and the best breeze on the island.
